Suspension of shipments of goods to the United States

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued the executive order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries." According to this order, all shipments of goods arriving in the U.S. from 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on August 29, 2025, will be subject to import duties. The previous duty-free limit of USD 800 will no longer apply.

Due to the still unclear processes for customs clearance that the U.S. customs authorities now have to carry out for each shipment, Deutsche Post will cease shipping goods to the U.S. and Puerto Rico effective August 25, 2025, until further notice.

WE ARE THEREFORE NO LONGER ABLE TO PROCESS ORDERS FROM THESE AREAS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND WILL CANCEL THEM IF NECESSARY.
